Contribution

My contribution to this project was managing the event production from start to finish. This was our first time working with an event producer, so I made sure to stay closely involved in every detail, ensuring the space was perfectly ready for our event. I handled all the logistics with the riders, making sure their needs were fully addressed, and worked closely with our performers to get them set up and ready to absolutely rock the stage.
