Project Details
Cyber Week has always been Grailed’s biggest and most exciting annual campaign, consistently driving the highest GMV year after year. This entire week of sales generates more buzz and transactions than any other campaign we run. In 2024, we took things to the next level by breaking Cyber Week into multiple phases, stretching the excitement from Cyber Monday all the way through to the end of December, allowing for even more extended savings and holiday shopping opportunities. To make the experience even more special, we also introduced a personalized Marketplace Recap for each user, an unprecedented first in the company’s history, adding a fun, tailored touch that celebrates every shopper’s unique style and purchases.

Contribution
I played a key role in this project by collaborating closely with our merchandising team to carefully identify and select products that best represented the current trends of that year. Additionally, I worked hand-in-hand with our product and engineering teams to help coordinate the technical build required for the personalized Marketplace Recap. From there, I partnered with our Brand and Copy team to make sure the brief was clearly set and fully prepared, so our creative team could confidently work on it throughout the entire process.
